I have been assisting buyers and sellers in their real estate ventures for over 22 years. I hold a Broker’s license in the states of New York, and South Carolina.

I believe in ongoing education in an effort to provide the best services for my clients. In
conjunction with this endeavor, I hold the GRI certification (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), and, most importantly, the CRS certification (Certified Residential Specialist).
This certification is the highest designation one can hold in residential real estate and involves many hours of advanced study in several areas of real estate. It denotes education, experience and a proven history of success. Only 4% of all the real estate agents in the US hold this designation.

I take pride in diligently applying whatever I have learned to accomplish my goal of making my clients dreams be realized as happily and smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
